ABOUT RAPPA RESOURCES

Rappa Resources was established in 1988 and is the precious metals arm of Rappa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a privately owned South African metals refining group.

Rappa Resources (Pty) Ltd processes carbonaceous mining residues and waste material to extract precious metals, primarily gold and silver. With a long track record and substantial investment in the plant and processes, Rappa Resources is able to cost effectively extract maximum value from a variety of precious metals bearing materials.

Rappa Resources offers a complete and transparent process of sourcing, procuring and extracting value from your by-products. We will arrange for your materials to be collected from anywhere in the South Africa, and ensure that they are valued by credible independent assessors before they are bought from you and processed.

We continue to invest in research and technology and quality control systems to ensure that we remain South Africa's leading metals extraction company. We strive to offer the most flexible service, and the lowest treatment costs.

While the company is based in Germiston near Johannesburg, the mining heartland of South Africa, it trades internationally. Rappa Resources is recognised internationally, and prides itself in being a world leader in this highly specialised field.

Rappa Resources has a substantial blue-chip supplier base that includes all the major gold mining companies in South Africa such as Harmony, Goldfields, AngloGold, to name a few. It remains a leading company in this field by continuous investment in its operations and the implementation of initiatives to optimise its production capabilities.
